Clare Barry, Managing Director

Managing Director Clare knows our industry like the back of her hand. With a background working at the forefront of prestigious events and high-end property management for exclusive estate agents, Clare has delivered unrivaled executive assistance to directors and CEOs for almost 20 years. Clare says: ‘I’m extremely proud of how much the team has achieved at Victoria James Concierge and the service they provide to their clients on a daily basis.’
A little insight: Away from the office you will find Clare either horse riding in Windsor Great Park or on the side-lines of a rugby pitch cheering her son on. She also loves a cheeky gin and tonic!
Tracey McDermott, Lifestyle Manager
“Life is short; the world is wide.”
After being an expat for over 20-years, our Lifestyle Manager Tracey has a true passion for travel. With over 10 years’ experience in creating lasting relationships with high-end clients, Tracey is enthusiastic, self-motivated and a highly valued member of the team. Tracey’s areas of expertise include event management, new business development and overseas real estate.
A little insight: Away from the office, Tracey loves to spend her spare time with her husband and two energetic children…and where possible, she loves a nice glass of wine.
Emily Scott, Lifestyle Manager
“Whether you think you can or can’t, you’re right.”
Living and working in Surrey her whole life, Lifestyle Manager Emily has been with Victoria James for four years. Prior to this, she worked in hospitality and as a model booker. Emily is experienced in event management, property development and travel. Emily says: ‘My favourite part of my job is knowing my clients better than they know themselves, finding things for them that they love or didn’t know they would love.’
A little insight: Emily loves to swim as well as volunteering at the All Night Cafe. She is inspired by interior design and loves to be creative whenever she can be.
Sandra Duncan, Lifestyle Manager
“Expect the unexpected.”
With lots of experience in the industry, Sandra ran her own business before joining Victoria James. At the time she was looking to get involved in something different, and take a step back from being her own boss. Sandra quickly settled into her work, and has been a member of the team since early on. She has been integral in the building of the business.
A little insight: Away from the office you will find Sandra riding and looking after her horses. She also loves baking cakes for her family – her grandson is a keen baker.
Gemma Chermside, Office Manager
“Anything is possible.”
Having worked and lived in Ascot for most of her life, Gemma brings a wealth of PA and administration experience to the team from her previous roles. Gemma also boasts an amazing little black book of local contacts and is skilled in relationship building.
A little insight: Away from the office you will find Gemma running around after her two boys who keep her very busy! When she gets a chance, she likes to go out with her friends and family for dinner and drinks.
