Victoria James Concierge, a lifestyle management company that gives busy professionals their time back, has been awarded ‘Best Luxury Concierge Service’ at the prestigious Luxury Lifestyle Awards, beating global giant Quintessentially among others to the title of ‘Best in the UK.’
Luxury Lifestyle Awards is the first and only international awards organisation exclusively dedicated to recognising unique excellence among luxury goods and services. Victoria James Concierge joins world- renowned companies such as Chanel, Dom Perignon, Tiffany & Co., Ferrari, Rolls-Royce and Hilton as 2018 winners.
Established in 2014 by single mum Clare Barry from her kitchen table, Victoria James Concierge now boasts a team of eight lifestyle managers operating across London. The rapidly growing business has seen an 80% increase in demand for its services in the last two years, which includes property management, relocation services, and holiday and event planning for clients who typically spend between £250 - £3,000 per month.
Victoria James Concierge pride themselves on achieving the unexpected. Outlandish requests include organising a fully decorated Christmas tree to be delivered to a client’s hotel suite in Bali so the couple could take it into the sea and photograph their family tradition of putting the star on top.
